All materials billed are necessary to restore the vehicle to its pre-loss condition and have been applied in accordance with generally accepted industry standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable warranty requirements. Pursuant to the principle of indemnification, and in accordance with California regulations governing fair claims settlement practices, these charges represent reasonable, necessary, and actual costs incurred and are not subject to unilateral or arbitrary reduction.
